Listings not getting promoted when using a custom amount on the mobile app

For the last several days now, I've noticed that my listings are failing to register as promoted, despite me clicking on "Promote Listing", then clicking on the option to input a custom amount underneath the 3 suggested amounts, and enter said amount, then clicking "List". When I finish my listings and go back to the "Selling" page where my tasks to do are listed, all the listings I just did are there asking me to promote them. Then when i click the task, the text field is automatically populated withe a higher percentage than I had put it back when I originally set up the promotion parameters while making the listing.

This happening to anyone else??

I've seen a few reports about problems with promoting listings, including the one you're describing.

File a tech report - it's fast and easy and eBay does review these reports. The more people reporting, the higher priority the issue will get in the fix queue.

Options through the app:

1. Shake your device while the app is open and that will trigger the option for you to file a tech report or submit feedback on product features.

2. Anywhere you see the three dots or the ? you can tap on that to file a report. Screenshot below.

On the web:

Click the ? icon on the bottom right corner of almost any eBay page and that will trigger the option to file a tech report, submit feedback to eBay, and more. Screenshots here.
