I sell comic books. The condition of these is extremely important to the buyer, and I usually use all 12 pictures. The easiest way for me to do this is to take the pictures at various angles with my phone directly in the app.
When choosing to sell from the app, why can't a template be available? You basically have to start a new listing from scratch and fill in everything, whereas I would generally only change pictures, title, price, and category. Details, shipping, preferences, return policy, etc. must be re-entered with every listing that starts in the app. Why would ebay make it so difficult to list with the tool that literally puts the camera in your hand?
My work-around for this is that I enter drafts on my laptop, open the app and the drafts are there. Except not all of them. Only 20 of them show up to choose from. Sometimes I will create 50-100 drafts but I can only choose from 20 of them. Why not make them all available? Instead of being able to work in the order I need to, I have to work in the order ebay makes all the work I did available.
And instead of template, you can use "Sell Similar" but sometimes there's information that you can see on the website that you can't see in the app attached to a listing. So you end up with listings with errors that you wouldn't know until you can see a computer. "Condition" is not even available in the app!
Please sync app and website so that we can list products without hassle.
