As above there is no tracking available but the customer has received the item but apparently has no time or desire to log in to Ebay and mark the item as received. His lack of interest in marking my item received is making my numbers look bad. ?? Thanks for any input! Jon

Sorry, but buyers don't have the ability to mark purchases as received.
You should have listed the item as local pick up only where you would scan a QR code when delivering the item. But as it stands right now you will probably get 2 defects on your selling account, one for tracking uploaded and validated and one for late shipping. Sorry, it is what it is.

Buyer can't mark the order as delivered, only tracking can do that.

Selling your items and not using an carrier which is not integrated with Ebay is a high risk business plan. You will lose any claims made by buyers.
