Is there any way to prevent a buyer from buying from me?

I have an expensive item, over $500, that a buyer just asked about.  I told him about the condition of the item and they agreed...and purchased it. And then canceled the purchase. The reason was that they had the wrong address on the order.

I looked up this buyer and they only have 2-3 transactions on ebay as a buyer and a seller. I get a funny feeling from this buyer and want to prevent him from buying from me. Is there any way to do this?
