From what I am told Bonanza will pull my listings over to their site for me. I believe there are tools that will sync eBay and Amazon listings. Is there something that will efficiently funnel all my listings to Facebook? Alternatively if I can just download all my listings into a usable document that would be fine too.

Sorry, to my knowledge, there is no export tool.

For your question about FB, try asking your question on the Selling discussion board. I believe there are sellers there that make efficient use of there eBay listings and FB. Ask them how they do that.
