Is the listing frame functionality no longer available?

I went to the marketing tools page and tried to activate the listing frame so that my store and store search would be available on every listing. I applied the settings, but nothing changed. I figured it might take a while to propagate, but it's been over a day now. Is this a deprecated feature? If so, is there an alternative way to do this?

I can't get my original post to edit. I found out what was wrong. I had subscribed to a starter store yesterday on a monthly basis. I changed it to yearly, and the listing frame appeared. Weird, but it's all good now.
