Is anyone else having issues with Turbo returned Invalid Product ID on dvds?

I'm funneling all my FP listings through Turbo to removed Listing Designer (being as how eBay wants to CHARGE for a feature they're no longer supporting) and have been getting this on any of my dvd listings.

I don't even know what they MEAN by Product ID as there's no field on the eBay listing form named that? What are they talking about?

I just tried agan on 2 DVDs and it claims Invalid value for ProductID.

Yet I can relist them ON eBay just fine - but I am NOT paying for LD - wth Turbo?

ProductID is just another name for UPC (for DVDs), or ISBN (for books), etc.

Its saying that the upc is wrong.  Which it is not.  I have had a lot of upcs which uploaded the previous month that are not acceptable now.  There have been numerous problems with dvds and tl starting on june 26 for me.  I am sick of it.  I am moving the cheap dvds to a white envelope account and have started scanning the others.  I am dumping the catalog.  All they are using the catalog for is to show cheaper listings from megasellers on your page and under your listing.  If you click on the cheaper listing under your listing to see the others, those sellers are not even showing up in the searches.  I don't know if these sellers are from half.com or where but they are not showing in the regular search.  I do lots of searches every day to check prices.  IMHO the catalog is the root of all the image and description not showing problems.  And the main cause of lack of sales for media sellers.

I've tried it all - re-entering the UPC/IBSN (having the same issue with books as well), leaving it blank, does not apply ------------NONE of it freaking works.

I am SO sick and tired of this UPC bleep.

I'm just deleting dvds and books with this issue and listing them elsewhere.

Thanks eBay.
