We self host our images, we have quite a lot of listing where the images are not showing. The listing were created using file exchange upload.
As far as we are aware the images res and size are fine BUT for what ever reason no matter how many times we upload via File Exchange some images dont show in the listing page, when we click into the item we see the error message "Your listing was successful but there's a problem with your gallery picture".
Is there a report that we can download that show these gallery image errors without having to go through all our listings.
We use the same images for Amazon and dont have any issue on their platform.
