ID verification not working? HELP!

Is anyone else having an issue verifying their ID? eveytime i click on complete sign up I get a message at the top of the screen saying"Something went wrong please try again later". Its been going on for a month and Ebay is next to impossible to get ahold of! anyone know how i can get through this?

@ekjay99 This recently happened to me as well. I finally just hit change password and made a slight change to my previous password. All worked fine after that so give it a shot. The security on this platform is horrendously bad so we have to find work arounds. Best of luck to you....

I get the message when I click on the "Sell" option. After clicking on the Sell selection I'm greeted with a blue tool bar that says "update account" I click that fill out the necessary info,click on submit and I'm then greeted with the error message. So if I changey password that might work?

No, in that scenario, I don't think changing your password would help.  eBay wants you to update your personal tax information for your selling account. 

New sellers would go ahead and create the listing, and when the listing is submitted, the seller would be redirected to the Managed Payments enrollment screen that includes updating personal data and linking a bank account.

Existing sellers would start from the blue notification bar to enroll in Managed Payments. Since submitting your revised account information generates an error message, I would first suggest clearing your cache and cookies and temporarily turning off any VPN service, browser add-ons, and added security programs.

If that fails, then I recommend contacting support.

The same thing has happened to me. I've uploaded my driver's license about four times and still I get these annoying messages.  No id that I have uploaded appears on my profile.
