Use the Advanced listing form to create a listing and select the category.  If the category supports "variations" you will see the "create variations" option to click.

You can use this feature to create "variations" for related item options.  You can not use it to offer "choices" for unrelated items.

When creating a variation listing for your crafting stamps, embossers, or paper punches, you can set up either a simple variation or a multi-variation.

Simple variations provide just one drop list, like design, while multi-variations can further group your stamps into size, theme, and more.
