How to send previous customers a coupon

I have created a coupon and I have created a buyer group which is previous buyers. How do I send the previous buyers the coupon I just created? I'm clicking everywhere and just don't see where to do this.

I found it. Its in Buyer groups, scroll down to Manage groups and the send coupon is there. Not sure if this was a glitch on the site or with me.
