How to request notification when item I want is listed?

I believe Ebay used to have a feature where you could request to be emailed when an item was listed at a specific price. So, instead of making a saved search for that item of any listing made at any price, you could asked be notified when that item was listed say, for auction at $.99.

I can seem to find this option anymore? I remember Ebay promiting me once that it was available, but that may have been a year or so ago. So maybe that feature doesn't exist anymore?

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

You can do a search with a price range, and then follow that search.
