When I was uploading products, I had an option to choose frames for the details of the product for payment, now that I am going to edit the product I do not find the option to remove the frame.

eBay's "Listing Designer" frames were available in the original listing tools. eBay's new Seller Hub and Advanced listing form no longer support Listing Designer, and at the same time the fees have changed for store owners.
Sellers who originally added the frames now no longer have a way to remove the frames.
The current advice is to end those listings that include the frame and list anew.
