How to include the 'Online Label Record' when printing shipping labels?

I have 3 stores, the 2 older stores print two parts when I print a shipping label...the actual shipping label, and a 'Online Label Record'...both on the same sheet of paper. My new store is only printing the shipping label, and not the the 'Online Label Record'. Is there a setting I need to 'turn on' for this to work?

I have this issue when I combine two orders to the same Buyer.  I can't be specific here, but recently I've seen a link, easy to miss that says print shipping record, or words to that effect after I've printed the label.  It doesn't have all the info that the Online Record has but it's helpful.

Its down on the right side of the label purchasing page where it says Print format PDF 8" X 11" . Click on Change. That's where you choose to print the instructions or not.

Thanks for the fast responses. I guess my new store defaulted to just printing the the shipping label.
