I know how to download/create a listing report that i can view in excel, however i want to be able to view how many of each item i sold during the previous 365 days. Currently when i create a listing report there is no way to enter custom dates, which means i am viewing how many of each item i have sold throughout all time...as you can imagine this is not very helpful for ordering/inventory purposes which are necessary for my bookkeeping and taxes. I really hope there is a quick and easy way to do this. Especially since ebay is boasting their new reports features!

Check this page.
https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/report
You should be able to customize the info and the time period including back into last year.

Just as an aside, I download a report every month and then string them together throughout the year which eventually becomes a single year end report. That way I gave a running total throughout the year, and a way to find a sale over 90 days old, along with a year end total.

You could listings sales report in Performance > Sales of Seller Hub. You would choose a date range and click "Generate Report." Then click "Download > Listings sales report."
