Hello everyone,
Can you please let me know if we can use CANVA , Photoshop , or any other tool to edit and recreate our listing images? And this is my first listing.
Thank you ...!

Of course you can use any tools you wish to use, eBay provides some tools for the purpose but you would likely be better off using third-party tool.

An image editor can't do much if the camera setup was wrong.
To create a decent listing photo, use a white or solid-colored backdrop or sheet that sweeps behind and under the item. Fill the viewfinder with the item. If the item is narrow, turn it to fit diagonally in the picture.
Most phones take good photos, but they can't get too close. Cameras have a macro closeup feature that is denoted by a tulip icon. Use that to photograph tiny items.
The largest image that eBay displays is 1600 pixels on the long side. That translates to about a 1MP or 2MP camera setting. If you need to crop a lot because you can't get close enough, then a 4MP setting will work.
After you get your best shot from your camera, eBay's editing tool can do a pretty fair job of adjusting an image. There are lots of online videos for other image editors.
