How to change the language back to English?

A few weeks ago, eBay in its infinite wisdom decided that its better for me, because I live in Czech Republic, and even though I don't speak Czech, to switch many modules (but not all) to Czech instead of English as I've always had it. This is annoying because now I need to hit the Google translate button at times to understand what I'm looking at and Google translate is not particularly good at Czech to English translation 🙄

I've tried looking everywhere in the settings on how to switch it back, but I've found no way to do that; I've tried to even change my delivery address to show that that I am in the US, but that did not help either. 

Any idea?

I have exactly the same problem. While I live in the Czech Republic and speak Czech I want to see the original since the translation is atrocious (and only some of the text gets translated, so it is completely useless for people who don't speak English, anyway) and often misleading. So far, I have failed to find a way to change the settings. If you find a way, please let me know!

If you are not a seller, you may have better results using another English-language eBay site such as ebay.co.uk, ebay.ie or ebay.ca instead of ebay.com.

I too have the same problem with Czech language in my .com account. Living in Prague for 30 years, my language skills are fine; the Czech translation engine on eBay is pretty bad. Besides, I've had this account, which I opened in CZ for more than 18 years in English. Why are you localizing language and not offering options instead???

Try another browser or a private or incognito browser window; not all browsers appear to automatically forward users in the Czech Republic to cz.ebay.de when trying to reach ebay.com.
