How to access Advanced Listing Tool???

I'm told that you get to the Advanced Listing Tool from the Seller Hub, but all I get is the beginner-level guided listing thing.  I see no options.  It's probably right in front of me, but ???

I'm asking about FINDING the tool, not how to use it.

When you're on the listing page, look in the upper right side, there used to be a link there to switch to the advanced/business tool.

What I am told is that there is only the unified listing tool that starts with the guided version.  There is no link or option.  The only thing you may have to do is enable variations under seller prefs.
