Selling products with a CE symbol into the EU
I do not understand “Selling products with a CE symbol into the EU”. I have read thru the eBay help pages and still do not understand. I am not a manufacturer, and I am just an individual selling my toys that are 20 to 50 years old to other individuals. Many of these toys are packaged and have the CE Symbol.

or you can send to this email resolve@ebay.com
I sent an eMail to resolve@email.com and it was rejected immediately.
It is pointless to call eBay for answers as I receive a different answer from everyone I speak with.

You can set up a Shipping Policy to exclude any countries that you wish. If you need some more info on Shipping Policies, search for Business Policies in the Help & Contact pages. Once you get one set up you can set it as default for all your listings.
As for the CE Mark policies, they should be listed in the Seller News at the top of this page. I looked at it once and gave up trying to understand it. But I don't ship overseas anyway.

I have read the two posts from eBay in the Sellers News but I am still lost.
If I need an Attorney or another Company to provide guidance or handle the item, then it is unlikely I will be able to continue selling outside the US.
