I still receive these despite setting
Account... Communication Preferences... Buyer... Product reviews to OFF

Thanks for reaching out.
Under those same settings, I would ensure you have both "Product Review Communications" and "Product Question and Answer Communications" set to off. It would hurt to even toggle them to On, click save, then Off, and click save.
Let me know if you still get those emails after doing that.
