1) You used to be able to search for ANYTHING in your ‘sold’ items list or in the ‘active’ items list; you used to be able to start typing a few letters and search results would come up immediately of terms included in item titles, buyers’ ID, etc. Now the search term is completelt dumb! Only catches a complete search terms from the item title, nothing else. Again, I am referring ONLY to the SELLING section search function. It is NOT ‘all-inclusive’ as it used to be. For example if i have sold many items of the same listing (item ID) and want to find a specific buyer ID who bought that item, I can’t. Instead i have to type a keyword from the item title and then MANUALLY look for the buyer who bought it. In older versions of the app, i only needed to start typing the first couple of letters from the buyer’s ID, and the item would come up.
2) there was a good addition of ‘return requests’ section in the ebay app, but annoyingly it DOES NOT open the return request when you try to press on the actual return. How silly is that? A good addition and thought but not functional?!
Please correct these two!! Please!!
