How can I send a pdf file to a seller on Ebay

Seller needs my audiogram to program the hearing aid. When i click on the arrow button i get a message that says I can send up to five images but when I hit open it does not do anything?

As far as I know, you an only send images through the message system.

If it's a recent transaction, you should be able to ask them for an email address to send it to.
