Go to your
Paid & Shipped Page
Click the arrow in the left column next to the item
The drop down box should give you an option to "Send Refund"
Click "Send Refund"
You can then select the "reason" for the refund (Shipping Discount) and then you input the amount....
It will initiate the refund and keep you informed via messaging as to the status
