If you have existing listings with the wrong address, edit the listings to change the item location. If you sell-similar from old listings, correct the item location before posting the listing.
Your registered address may now be another matter with all of the new identity-confirmation rules rolling out. I would suggest first making sure that your driver license and checking account addresses have been updated. Then make the changes to your eBay registered address.
