How Community level grow?

This community has a different levels(Badges).  Ex:-Enthusiast, Pathfinder, Rising star, Adventure, Rockstar, etc.  How this levels grow up? And how we know what is the our next level? how we find it?  how we earn this badges?  Please explain. Thank you all.

The reason for the confusion is that your registered address shows as Sri Lanka.  We have had at least a hundred Sri Lankan sellers ask MANY questions about starting to sell on eBay these last couple of weeks.

More than I have EVER seen from one foreign country in such a short time.

We are trying to make sure that they all know that Paypal can not receive buyers payments in their country.    Even if a buyer pays using a credit or debit card Paypal still must process the payment.

If you give false information in your Ebay and Pay Pal account, both accounts could be suspended.

We all know, people that live in Sri Lanka can not accept payments through Pay Pal unless they use a false address on their account.
