Im emailing you guys, because I’m not understand why my money is on hold and I’ve already sent out the package. I’ve added the tracking number and everything that is needed so there should be no reason why my funds are on hold.

Since it's your first sale, your funds will be held for at least 21 days. Maybe more since the shoes you sold are high-value. Good luck.

Until you've been selling for 90 days and have sold 24 more items your payments will be held until tracking shows delivered, or for 21 days if there's no tracking.  High value items can be held for the full 21 days. LONGER in some cases.
