Hi eBay Community,
I have a question regarding the Multi-User Account Access (MUAA) service and would appreciate any insight from fellow vendors, especially anyone based in the USA.
My situation is this: I live in India and I help them with product catalog. If a US resident's account is suspended due to a violation,
My question is: can my account also be suspended due to violation?
I want to make sure my account stays in good standing and any guidance or experiences you can share would be extremely helpful.
Thanks in advance for your help!
thank you
SANJU

That's a good question that I don't think has come up before.
Not sure, but if the main account was suspended, I guess your account could be to since it'll be associated with the suspended account.

eBay reps have answered this in the past saying if one account is suspended, the other account will not be. MUAA intentionally applies a barrier in that situation so the accounts are not formally linked. Hope that helps @ck.mart .
