Is anybody else finding it impossible to actually communicate with ebay ? I have sold an item, the buyer collected, now ebay have taken it upon themselves to continue to hold the money that is owed to me. I received an email to say that the funds are now in my account but they are not. My account details are correct. On further investigation and after being told yesterday that the funds would be in my account today they are not but in small print actually says 0-4 days. Are ebay in the habit of lying and withholding MY money, does this constitute fraud being told something that isn't true ?

If eBay has sent your payout to your bank, it may still take up to four days to settle in your bank account unless you have selected a debit card to receive funds.
