I had to call eBay because I noticed that only my first couple listings sold reflected the promoted rate of 75% off the promotion rates for ads that ran through May 12th. Almost all the sales, though, didn't reflect the discount and the full ad rate was charged. After going through every one of them individually, I did get the difference back. The only way I knew was that I looked at the report on all transactions under payments.
