I have heard nothing regarding reducing tariffs and I doubt there will be any reduction soon.
Tariffs are part of your business expenses.

Maybe I'm hopelessly old-fashioned, but to me, "custom-made" indicates an item made specifically for one individual wearer, using that person's body measurements as a guide.
Perhaps the term means something different in Pakistan.

With tariffs imposed on shipments from international countries I doubt you’ll get any sales from buyers in the United States. https://pages.ebay.com/tariffs

Like my targeted audience are those who are interested in making apparels with their desired designs like printing, embroidery and etc etc. Or they can buy directly from the listing i published.

I have got some orders and they are satisfied. I don't think so tariff affects the sales that much.. instead it affects the overall US economy.

When US customs charges $80 to start, yes it will affect your sales.
Looking at yours…you currently have zero sales.

From Reuters Aug. 1, 2025:
"WASHINGTON: The United States has slapped a 19% import duties on goods from Pakistan, as President Donald Trump stepped up his global trade crackdown with steep import duties targeting dozens of countries ahead of a Friday trade deal deadline. "

Sine you do not honor returns on custom made items I doubt you will get many sales. Plus your listings need to have a size listed , which you do not.

Perhaps you don't understand the impact of the imposed tariffs on the individual buyers. In brief, it means that many of the US buyers who buy from international sellers will pay more for their purchases. It's not that it "instead" it affects the overall US economy. It's that it ALSO affects the overall US economy.

Tariffs, no sizes mentioned, no returns, and being in Pakistan will keep you from getting sales.
Also it appears you are just taking a widely produced jacket and claiming custom?
I found that orange and black Harley jacket online in several places...

Custom made? Why did I find those jackets listed online all over?

People being doing copy listing of each other but in reality there are some few who are actually producing obviously with lower prices, Although we are professional manufacturer and producing high quality products so people could really differentiate us from the rest. I only use pictures that i captured by my hands.
