When I am creating an auction or buy it now, the make offer feature is always preset to ON and a low offer is preset to minimum offer accepted. I either go in and turn off the feature if I do not want to add it to my auction, or I change the minimum offer accepted to either a price or leave it open for any offer.
There have been times I have had to go back in to my auctions for various reasons and I find that eBay's software (?) has changed my minimum offer accepted back to a lower price- different from what I set it when I first created the listing.
Has this happened to anyone else? It happens so often that I cant help but think it is a glitch. The last auctions I listed, I even went in and double and triple checked everything. Then this morning I had an offer on an item that was beneath the starting bid and way beneath my minimum offer considered. So, I checked all my listings and - yep, there were about 5 that had reverted back to the default eBay suggested minimum bid accepted.
