The wrong title appears in the new catalog format, whereas the correct title appears in the single item format.

This is the single item that you purchased.

171287797399

The seller also has a 2pk listing

360699046374

The seller has not changed the title on that listing in two years, yet eBay shows two different titles for your item 171287797399 as shown below:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/171287797399

https://www.ebay.com/p/2pk-Genuine-OEM-Scag-Hydraulic-Transmission-Filter-48758/1501763812

You could open a claim in the Resolution Center for "Item not as described".

https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/

However, the seller is not at fault here. The seller's title, description and price imply a single unit, whereas eBay's group/catalog title states a 2 pack, as shown in your PDF file and by my screenshot below.

eBay will need to look into this issue

Re: Fraud

I would not call it bait-n-switch, nor would I not call it fraud. But yes, there is an eBay problem with the title if you purchased from item 171287797399.

It is very clear that there are two different titles for that one item, and that one titles says 2pk and the other does not.  However, you are confusing me when you say you paid $48 or $52 because I see a price of $24.87 with free shipping on both versions of item 171287797399.  That same seller has a different listing for a 2pk and it is $50.99 (190957032395).  If you are in KY, the seller charges 6% sales tax.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/171287797399

https://www.ebay.com/p/2pk-Genuine-OEM-Scag-Hydraulic-Transmission-Filter-48758/1501763812

The listing in your screenshots (171287797399) has a price of $24.87 unless you raise the quantity or unless shipped outside of the U.S. Where does your purchase show you paid more? Did you select quantity 2? You will need to provide more information, but this is a public forum and I would not want you to post any personal information here.

You may wish to open a claim in the resolution center or phone customer service directly.  This page will show your item number and give you the option to open a claim for "not as described":

https://resolutioncenter.ebay.com/

If that page has a different item number than what has been shown in your screenshots, that might explain the confusion. eBay customer support should be able to see the full details of your transaction.

Hi @shipscript - thanks for the page and the thorough detail, it's made things quite clear.

@ammai1657-h0ckbp8qu - I'm sorry to hear that you didn't get what you were expecting, and what you were shown. Ship has given great advice as far as opening a return, and we've gotten this to the proper teams for review. Please expect an email from us to your eBay Message Center shortly. Thanks!

Re: Fraud

Then the seller should have fixed it before this happened ,but I have a feeling that  I am not the only one he has done this too. So it makes it fraud to me and people this has been done too would  also agree
