Flat File Question - Not able to add 3 different shipping options

Hi all,

What I want to do is add 3 shipping options. The first being Regular standard shipping which is free, the 2nd being Priority which would charge for the first item and any additional and the third being Fedex 2-day which would also charge for the first item and any additional. I am unfortunately only able to add 2 while the 3rd option does not show up on my listing. 

These are my shipping columns on the flat file in order (Had to upload 2 pics)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'd rather not have to go back once I list and manually bulk edit listings to change the shipping options. Thank you.

Here are the headers you should have in your file:

**You can use smart headers like you have been doing**

For the AdditionalCost headers, enter the amount you would like to charge for additional items.

I fixed the rows to be in that order and am getting this: 

2 Add Failure 37 "Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ShippingDetails|"

ShippingService-2:Priority=2

ShippingService-3:Option=Fedex2Day

ShippingService-3:AdditionalCost=5

You might also add ShippingService-1:FreeShipping=1

Do not take out the other options!

Try that to see if your results improve.

Wow. Sorry I missed that....

Change...

ShippingService-3:Option=Fedex2Day

To...

ShippingService-3:Option=FedEx2Day

(Capitalize the E in FedEx)

Thanks, I just added the extra line you suggested and fixed that typo and now when I attempt to upload I am getting: 

"Error - Input data for tag <Item.ShippingDetails> is invalid or missing. Please check API documentation.|Item.ShippingDetails|"

So I fixed everything and I got no errors when uploading the flat file, HOWEVER now it's not showing the 3rd shipping option on my listing!

The last Fedex 2day shipping option does not show up on the listing however when I edit the item, ALL 3 shipping options appear to make changes to. What gives?

Guessing at what you are referring to there, you are saying when you look at the actual listing the FedEx 2 day option does not appear, but if you revise the listing it does?

If so, that has nothing to do with File Exchange or your FE uploaded listings.

A while back eBay started hiding some shipping options in listings when they determine those options cost more to provide the same or close delivery time as another cheaper option offered. (wouldn't want to confuse the poor stupid buyers with choices, now would we?)

The first shipping option specified in a listing is never touched, but any others can disappear depending on buyer location and the shipping options offered.

I suspect in this case you looked at your listing from your own zip code, and since the (I assume) Priority Mail option probably showed the same delivery time as the FedEx 2 day option, the much more expensive FedEx option was disappeared. (I see nothing but free standard shipping on the items for this account, and from what Mykal said, it looks like the FE uploads are not for the account you are posting with here, so can't be more specific)

Change your zipcode to 90210 here in California and look at the listing again. The Zone 8 location may make it so that the 2 day option is faster than the Priority Option, and it might not be ghosted (with FedEx 2 day and Priority that theory is dicey as they are close in terms of estimated delivery dates)
