Has there been an actual announcement regarding the last day that Turbo Lister will be usable?
I'd like to avoid paying $75 per month to a third party company as long as possible.

I've not seen any specific date announced. I've asked just today on the Ebay For Business Facebook page and just got an answer that sounds like no specific date is ready to share and to just keep watching announcements etc.
I do wish they would at least say if it will be early June or late June!

I doubt that there will be a "last date" announced. It is more likely that a change by eBay IT (to one or more of the eBay APIs) or the expiration of your token will define the "last date".
TurboLister may continue to function after it has been depreciated. I would not wait for long, if you are dependant on a listing program.
There will be a learning curve for any program you choose to use.becoming familiar with a new program before you must depend on it is a very good thing. You may decide to switch to another.

I think they're behind schedule, they said that Seller Hub will provide all the functionality of turbolister and that they will announce csv importing options in "early 2017" but neither of those things have happened (see pictures below.)
I really wish they would just keep turbolister around as a grandfathered application, just don't link to it from the main ebay website and put on the page that it's old software. I'm sure enough people use it to make maintaining it worth it. I mean, I wouldn't be surprised if my seller fees alone could pay a programmer to maintain it.

I don't think there's ever going to be a hard end date. It will more likely just reach a point of not being usable any longer.
Regarding $75 for a third party solution. I've used SixBit for a number of years, have been very happy with it and it's way less than $75. Depending on the features you need, it could be under $20. The package I use is less than half of $75.

Great idea! My fees could pay two!
