File exchange isn't doing anything.

I've up loaded a file into file exchange, everything went fine and under status it say "success" .  I get a email saying that it was successful.  From there it does nothing.  It doesn't post the products and I don't see where it all when.

what do I do next?

That email and the message is telling you that the upload was successful. You need to see the upload results page to verify any errors that may have occurred with the processing of your upload file. There will also be an email with a link to the page below.

@bullit_2522 - Thank you for posting your concerns on this community board thread. As @dollybeauty stated, the email or message that you received when you upload the file is informing you that the file has been uploaded.

As for whether or not the information on your file has valid information is to check the "Load Result Report". This will give you a status report of whether or not your listing(s) has been created.

 

In viewing your latest upload, I can see your listings failed to be created due to errors in your file.

 

|Error - Please provide valid PayPal email address for PayPal payments.||Warning - To help you sell your item, fixed price listings can only be listed with a Good 'Til Cancelled duration. The listing duration has been set to Good 'Til Cancelled.||Warning - Funds from your sales will be unavailable and show as pending in your PayPal account for a period of time. Error starts with Duration. Only acceptable value is GTC for FixedPrice format. If you are accepting PayPal as a mean of payment, please provide your PayPalEmailAddress.

 

Recommendation: When it comes to Product headers. Please only use one. I suggest that you only use Product:UPC. The other headers, please adjust them to C:Brand and C:MPN.

 

If this file is from a Dropshipper, please have them verify that it's specific to your account.
