Waiting a long time for  report of results of my FE upload. It's been 40 minutes, so far.

Line zero is not a line, so there is something wrong with the file itself. Or there was something wrong with eBay servers at the time you tried.  Usually, BAF errors, like 3 or 4, reject the file almost immediately (but I guess they must first reach the front of the queue).

If you are using a Mac, export or save the CSV data in Windows format. Do not save the file as UTF-8 (save as ansi), as some older versions prepend special UTF-8 characters to the beginning of the Action header. Check for, and remove, any blank lines or  extra linebreaks in any of the data; and particularly make sure the first Action cell in the header row is valid.
