I can't seem to get CSV File uploads working... there is almost ZERO information detail or HELP... a few lines in the CSV template that Ebay has on the Upload page. I click on "Get Template" and download the CSV. From that, I've tried formatting in various ways, (I work as a Programmer, I DO know about CSV files!!) _ So I remove the #INFO lines. I follow the Column suggestions.... Again, on the Upload page - "Proceed to upload" and get ERROR MESSAGE - every single time. What exactly am I doing wrong ? What is incompatible?? WHY does Ebay even have this, if nobody's using and it doesn't work and it seems... there's no HELP available?? 🙄 Thanks In Advance if anyone else has any ideas.

Just to make sure, you are saving it as a CSV and not Excel or some other format? I know you said you're a programmer, and I've worked in tech support for many years previously, but I've still made mistakes like that before. That would be my first thought with that particular error message.
Also, you don't need to remove the #INFO lines.

We ran into the same issue. What I ended up doing was recreating the headers exactly into a clean CSV, thinking that eBay's import script was looking for the data to start on row 5. (I put dummy data into the first 4 rows.) Eventually it worked.
Things that we checked when getting the format error:
1) UTF-8
2) All rows end in /r/n
3) Not opening up the CSV in a text editor (especially on a Mac) that might be adding junk characters
Hope this helps.
