ShipScript has been an eBay Community volunteer since 2003, specializing in HTML, CSS, Scripts, Photos, Active Content, Technical Solutions, and online Seller Tools.
Background: This is the first time using File Exchange. It took some trial and error but I got a successful upload and when viewing the report each line showed a status of "success" (shown below). For this initial upload I only uploaded 19 items, each with a single photo URL listed in the file. I figured the learning curve would be quicker to start out small. I have well over 2,500 items to upload this week and will continue from there with more.
It's been ~17 hours since a successful upload with success(es) listed in the report. Still no sign of them.
Question: How long before they show up in my 'items list' or in my 'store/categories'?

The "VerifyAdd" action does not post listings. It simply allows you to verify the data while struggling to create a viable spreadsheet. Now that you have successful data, change the Action to "Add". Your small job of 19 listings should appear in about 5 to 15 minutes. A larger job of 2500 items could take a little longer. If the queues are long, larger jobs can take several hours.
After uploading with "Add", be sure to read your report. Even though the File Exchange data was successful, you may have other account-level issues that will come back in that report when the listings try to post.
