File Exchange - Please Increase Daily Limits

Hi there,

Been using file exchange for a while now but only ever used it to list say 50 items at a time. I'd now like to start using it to upload several hundred listings at a time but keep getting a message that I've hit my daily limit.

If you could raise my daily limit as much as possible that would be much appreciated.

eBay is no longer supporting File Exchange and has moved that feature to Seller Hub, which should not have any daily limits for most users. Thus, the request for a limit increase is a moot point.

• Go to Seller Hub Reports.
• Then select Uploads.
• From that screen you can "download a template".
• Fill out the spreadsheet data in that template and create a CSV.
• Upload that CSV to eBay's Seller Hub "Uploads".

Since you are already using your own File Exchange template, you can skip downloading a template and can continue using your own File Exchange template for some time to come. While the Seller Hub Uploader uses slightly different column names (mostly changes to capitalization and spaces), the Uploader was designed to recognize and parse your existing File Exchange spreadsheet.  If eBay changes any of the field requirements in the future, you'll want to migrate to the Seller Hub template, which is really quite easy to use.

1. Start in Seller Hub. Select Reports, and Uploads.
2. Upload your existing CSV spreadsheet using the "Upload Template" button under "Proceed to upload".
3. When the template uploads, download your response file using the "Download Results" option over to the far right of your upload history.
