File Exchange Frustrations

Looking for some help in getting this file exchange process down. I've worked through errors little by little, but I'm now being told my titles are too long and need to be shortened to 65 characters or less. This doesn't make sense, since the field is technically 80 characters and the file exchange .pdf guide also points that out. Any thoughts on this?

Check for leading or trailing spaces that may kick you over the limit.

From the File Exchange Manual:

Titles may be 80 characters

Location 45

Description 500,000

but some of the other freeform text fields (like sku, MPN, Brand) are limited to 65, so look at those.
