File Exchange: Error 21916328 InternationalReturnsAcceptedOption

Hi
I've got a problem with file exchange. I try to upload simple file with one item. But I keep getting error 21916328, .Error - Please specify a valid return policy.|InternationalReturnsAcceptedOption| This option is specified in my template with value ReturnsAccepted but it keeps throwing error. What is wrong?

Assuming I will upload this item properly, where should I expect new listing to appear (Scheduled listings, drafts)?

Site which I'm trying to do this is UK

Regards

If using the "Add" action verb, when your listing uploads successfully, it will appear as a live listing (on the site to which it is uploaded or that is indicated in the metadata).  It will go to "scheduled" if the "ScheduleTime" is loaded into your spreadsheet.

If using the action verb "VerifyAdd", the verification will issue "success", and the listing will go nowhere, since that is simply a test option.

I did not see "InternationalReturnsAcceptedOption" in the UK File Exchange manual, but I do see it in the API documentation and the values there are "ReturnsAccepted" or "ReturnsNotAccepted", same as for domestic returns.

Are you using business policies? I noticed a couple of months ago that eBay converted all of my terms to "business policies" as a direction it is pursuing, and I am now unable to opt out.  So now instead of supplying individual policy values, the system expects me to supply the name of a policy under a policy profile heading.

When supplying business policies, these headings are used instead of the individual detail columns:

PaymentProfileName
ReturnProfileName
ShippingProfileName

However, we have seen instances where warnings are still issued where the tool is not updated with the API expectations, but have found that the warnings are not failures and did not prevent forward progress.

Thanks for answer!

It gave me some hint. I revised my return policy and noticed that International return was not specified, so that was a problem. After adjusting that, it worked.

Thanks again
