Hello,
A buyer agreed to revise neutral feedback for an item that was damaged en route for a partial refund. I issued the partial refund and sent the feedback revision request. Buyer states they have not received the request and has searched spam folder as well as inbox. I can't send a second revision request. Any ideas?
Thanks

The buyer will get a second chance:
"We’ll send you [buyer] a reminder if you haven’t responded after 7 days. Revision requests expire after 10 days and the feedback won’t be changed if you haven’t responded within that time."
If the buyer is willing, they could contact customer service to request the form be resent to their email. Use the Contact button at the bottom of the help page and type "agent" into the automated chat. Customer service should see that you sent the feedback revision request, and can hopefully intervene.
If not, the comment the buyer added to the feedback speaks volumes, and it might be worthwhile to keep it without a revision.
