I am the seller. I mailed a recent purchase using FedEx. They received it at the local drop off. Item was never delivered, and I have had to refund the buyer. Filed a claim with FedEx and they say I'm not the shipper, so declined. I go to file a complaint with Ebay, and I don't get the option to file for a lost item. The actions I get are, print another label, cancel label or print packing slip. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
