Exchange file strange error

Hi to everyone, I'm new on this platform.

I have a big problem with the exchange file: I put all information that ebay requires, but I still receive the same error 

"Error - Manca la specifica dell''oggetto relativa alla voce {0}. in my file I have indicated all of these information. This is my file with only one record just to try:

I tried with remove the "Product*" fields, I have tried to add "C:Brand" and "C:MPN" (also I don't see them in the official documentation), I tried to change category ID... I have tried at least 20 different solution without success.

Can anyone help me?!

@spaccolepietre - Thank you for posting your concerns on this Community board thread.

I wasn't able to access your file that you uploaded.

I don't particularly speak the site language, so I used a translator. As you stated, you would need to use the field for Brand and MPN, which is what the error message states that you are missing in your file.

The thing with the required Item Specifics field is that it's site specific.

What you need is C:Marca and C:MPN in the file. Some categories will have Manufacturer Part Number instead of MPN.

I'm sorry that the information isn't easy to find in the user guide. I would look in the actual online selling form to see what Item Specifics (Specifiche dell'oggetto) is actually needed per category you select.

If you continue to get the same error message when using C:Marca and C:MPN, please feel free to respond to my post to you. I would ask that you provide me with a upload reference number and verify the eBay account that you are uploading this file to. This way, I can actually view the exact file you upload.

I replaced the fields "Product:Brand" and "Product:MPN" with "C.Brand" and "C:MPN" and the product has been loaded correctly.
