Ebay system functionality

What the hell is wrong with Ebay these days?  Half the time you can't add something to your watch list, more than half the time you can't delete anything from your watch list, "See Relisted Item" takes you to the closed auction instead, items come up on searches that do NOT have words in their titles that you mandated (even without "include description" checked) and that are completely unrelated to your search... every day, something else screwed up.  (Oh, and let's add the five freaking times it's taken for me to post this message.)

Ebay, you're based in Mountain View California, the heart of farking SILICON VALLEY!  I am pretty sure you can scare up an I.T. guy or two.

And to add another problem to the list, two Ebay Guides that Ive depended on for helping me spot fake Coach handbags have COMPLETELY DISAPPEARED! Ive been in touch with the guide writer for years, almost since she started writing them, and those Guides have saved me and a lot of other buyers and sellers from making serious and expensive mistakes. I contacted the writer and she has NO idea what happened either, and shes furious! She says shes still an active Ebay member and regularly updates her Guides which I know for a fact. So why are two of the most useful guides on the subject gone while a bunch of garbage guides with all kinds of wrong information still on the site?

WTH is going on with Ebay??? We need those Guides back PRONTO. There used to be a forum here for Ebay Guides but that was eliminated a few years ago - who the heck are we supposed to contact?
