Hi, I’m trying to message a buyer but have been getting an error message for two days. Is this happening to anyone else?

Is the buyer still registered? See if you can contact the buyer through the buyer's profile or feedback page.

If this is regarding a transaction older than sixty days ago, try omitting the item number and selecting "not about a transaction".
