I would like to send a message to a Human Being, but I absolutely will not sit on a phone for 3 hours. I am blocked out of my account on my laptop because for some unknown reason EBAY doesnt recognize my laptop that I have used for maybe 6 or 7 years!
I do clear out my history daily but that has never locked me out before.
Ebay keeps saying they are sending me a code to my email, which I NEVER receive! They dont give another option to get it solved other than calling a phone number. I am NOT doing this! I just want someone to clear it up. Any other company can do it with an email, Whay cant ebay?
If I dont get this solved by Sunday, I will just close my account and do all my Christmas shopping on Amazon instead. I cant do it on my phone, I cant even read that stuff on my phone. I need my laptop.
Time is ticking. Someone fix it or I'm gone!
