I'm currently printing shipping labels from an HP laserjet printer that connects to my laptop through Wifi. I plan on moving to another location that has a different modem from what I'm using now. If I go to this location and use the same laptop and printer will I need to do anything to reconnect again since there is a different internet modem? I set this printer up several months ago and I forgot what I did, I think I remember setting up a password which I lost. I also lost the manual with the phone number for support.

You would have to connect to the new WIFI connection.

Your WIFI router will have its own IP address, to which most owners assign a common name, and will have a provision for a password that the owner can set. You will need to sync both your laptop and your printer to the new router by entering the name or address of the router, and its password, in the WIFI settings of both printer and laptop.
Your printer may have some sort of software that is installed on your laptop to control the printer settings through a direct connection, or, you may be able to do so from the printer control panel. Search online for instructions for your specific printer. Most HP laserjet documents and drivers are online. There are also a few tutorial videos online.
