Dispute page

How do I find the dispute page?  I received an email from Ebay saying the buyer filed a dispute.  I am to do nothing unless I hear from Ebay telling me to.  The email said I could find out more information on the dispute page, but I can't find it.

In Seller Hub, under Orders, look for Requests and Disputes.

A "do nothing" approach usually earns a defect for the seller.

Most disputes revolve around a seller problem after the item has been delivered — to which the seller must respond within three days to offer a return label, a refund without a return, or a partial refund negotiated with the buyer.

Or, if it is an item not received, then upload tracking that shows delivery, or that shows movement in transit to arrive in a few days.  Otherwise, if lost or tracking shows no further movement, then refund within the dispute and open a claim with the carrier.

Lastly, a dispute that originates from a banking entity (questioning a charge from eBay) is something that eBay will manage and eBay may ask for further documentation from the seller.  That may be your "do nothing" scenario.
