I’m about to pull my hair out from its roots. I want to set up a charity with my listings. Apparently I can’t because I have offline payments enabled. I am only shipping items- not meeting anyone in person to sell items. When I try to attach the charity to my listing, I get the following message:

“You are unable to add a charity donation to your listing because you have enabled offline payments. Please disable offline payments (for example, check, money order, cash on pickup) in your listing to support your favorite charity.”

CAN SOMEONE OUT THERE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO DISABLE IT? The eBay chat person was zero help. Thanks in advance

On your listing tool, in the Pricing section, click on "See pricing options" and turn it off there.

I have been selling since 2005 and have not ever had this happen but I've encountered the same issue. Amazingly hard to find the solution, and how did the setting change! How do you get to the screen you show above with the pricing options - I am down the rabbit hole on the desktop interface and can't find the "pricing" section - is it listing specific or a global choice? Thanks, very frustrating.

Addendum to my question above, if i go to an individual listing (this appears to only be affecting new listings) and go into pricing, Buy it Now is greyed out (even though that's how I list) and Auction is greyed out, and I don't have the selections you show above that have "options" listed. Very quirky!
